Connection ConsultBook a free 20 minute call to connect, ask questions, and learn more about offerings. This is a relaxed container to get to know each other and explore potential ways of working together.*Please note, all offerings are available virtually or in-personHuman Design- Foundational ReadingIn this 75 minute session, we will cover the basics of your Human Design chart. We will go over how you are designed to show up and interact with the world with your unique energy and gifts. We will talk about how to make aligned decisions and how to live in flow with your most authentic self. You will receive a document containing your chart and a summary of our session.Human Design- Follow Up ReadingIn this 75 minute session, we will dive into aspects of your chart not covered in a foundational reading to provide you with a deeper understanding of your unique gifts.Reiki Energy HealingIn this one hour session, you will receive gentle energy healing designed to release tension, restore balance, and support wellbeing.Somatic SessionIn this one hour signature offering, you will be guided through a personalized blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and embodied processing modalities. Each session is designed to explore what's present and provide intuitive guidance and support.Human Design Group WorkshopsI provide group workshops designed for teams, colleagues, or other small groups to learn more about how individual Human Designs shape group dynamics. Together, we explore practical ways to support one another, communicate effectively, and create a more aligned and connected team.Private Yoga SessionsI provide both individual and group private yoga sessions. Sessions are curated to meet the needs and goals of participants.
